Girls Varsity Swimming dominates Richmond 132 – 52
The girls won 11 out of 12 events in a very dominating fasion to kick off their season. Individual event winners were: Annelise Hiner in the 200 and 100 Freestyle, Calista Smith in the 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke, Maddie Meyer in the 50 Freestyle, Emme Grubbs in the 100 Butterfly, Catherine Hiner in the 100 Backstroke and Riley Nielsen in diving. Relay team winners were: 200 Medley relay team of Annelise Hiner, Calista Smith, Emme Grubbs and Catherine Hiner. 200 Freestyle relay team of Ava Crouch, Catherine Hiner, Maddie Meyer and Alex Biggs. 400 Freestyle relay team of Annelise Hiner, Emme Grubbs, Maddie Meyer, Calista Smith. This was a total team effort and the girls are excited to continue their great racing and diving against Warren Central on Tuesday November 29.
