New Palestine Intermediate School recently issued the following announcement.
Families with a student who has symptoms of COVID-19, has been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19, or has tested positive for COVID-19 should notify the school district for contact tracing purposes.
This link will allow you to report this information to our district. Please complete this form to the best of your ability with all available information. In the event further action is required, you will receive a call from a member of our health services staff.
