On Friday, May 16, former Mt Vernon High School standout Will Jacobs’ current collegiate team the Manchester Spartans lost 2-8 against the Denison Big Red in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Big Red Baseball Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Denison Big Red in the tournament.

The Manchester Spartans’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 12 p.m. at Big Red Baseball Field.
