Tuesday, April 1: New Palestine High School standout Alaina Miller’s college team wins to Western Illinois Leathernecks

On Tuesday, April 1, former New Palestine High School standout Alaina Miller’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their first matchup against the Leathernecks this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Sharon J. Drysdale Field against Northwestern Wildcats.
