On Sunday, April 27, former Mt Vernon High School standout DJ Scheumann’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 3 p.m. at Ball Diamond against Kent State Golden Flashes.
