On Sunday, April 6, former Mt Vernon High School standout DJ Scheumann’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, April 6, former Mt Vernon High School standout DJ Scheumann’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Michigan Eagles.

The game took place at Oestrike Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 6 p.m. at Bart Kaufman Field against Indiana Hoosiers.
