On Saturday, March 1, former Mt Vernon High School standout Will Jacobs’ college team lost in an NCAA Division III baseball game

On Saturday, March 1, former Mt Vernon High School standout Will Jacobs’ current college team, the Manchester Spartans, lost 12-11 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Christopher Newport Captains.

The game took place at Cal Ripken Experience. This was their first matchup against the Captains this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 11 a.m. at Cal Ripken Experience against Mary Washington Eagles.
