Former New Palestine High School standout Paige Ernstes played on Friday, May 16 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former New Palestine High School standout Paige Ernstes’ current collegiate team the Mississippi State Bulldogs won 6-3 against the Washington Huskies in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field at 7:10 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Washington Huskies in the tournament.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field.
