Sunday, Feb. 9: Mt Vernon High School standout Austin Hear’s college team loses to Mars Hill Mountain Lions

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Mt Vernon High School standout Austin Hear’s current college team, the Concord Mountain Lions, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mars Hill Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Henderson Field. This was their third matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 9 a.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex against East Stroudsburg Warriors.
