Epa Brownfields Assessment Grant – Request For Qualifications
The Town has been awarded $305,700 in grant funding from the US EPA for assessment of sites affected by petroleum and/or hazardous materials within Town limits. Budgeted funds allocated as “contractual” will be the responsibility of the respondent. The Town will use grant funds to complete the following tasks:
Task 1 – Program Management, Training Support, & Brownfield Inventory/ Prioritization
Task 2 – Environmental Investigation
Task 3 – Clean-up & Reuse Planning
Task 4 – Community Outreach & Involvement
