Applications Will Be Accepted Sat Nov. 2o, 2021 From 1o Am To 6 Pm
At The Rushville Eagles Lodge (Upstairs Ball Room) 221 West 1st St. Rushville, Ind. Please Use the Back Door
It Is Imperative That You Make It During These Times If Your Children Need Assistance.
Bring Id's, Income Verification for All in The Household & An Idea of What Your Child Wants for Christmas. Please Be Prepared as This Is Only 1 Day.
We Are Asking 1 Family Member Come Inside to Fill Out the Application. Please Arrange for Sitters as The Wait Could Potentially Be Longer.
