Of the 401 people living in Manilla in 2019, 64.8 percent (260) were women and 35.2 percent (141) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Indy News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 125-to-110. In the 65 and over age range, there were 37 females and eight males.
